HOW DOES IT WORK?
Many riders enjoy building their own bikes and with the right time and skills, it can be very rewarding. But we know not everyone wants to tackle the process alone. More and more of our customers are asking for support with sizing, design, and even the build itself.
That’s why we created the Elves Custom Shop: a friendly, expert consultation service designed to help you get the bike you want, within the budget you set.
Here’s how it works: you choose your Elves frame and components from our website, and we’ll source the rest from our trusted UK partners. Then, our experienced technicians will put everything together for you, professionally, smoothly, and ready to ride. We can even ship the bike to you or you can pick it up for the personal touch.
