HOW DOES IT WORK?
Many riders enjoy building their own bikes and with the right time and skills, it can be very rewarding. But we know not everyone wants to tackle the process alone. More and more of our customers are asking for support with sizing, design, and even the build itself.
That’s why we created the Elves Custom Shop: a friendly, expert consultation service designed to help you get the bike you want, within the budget you set.
Here’s how it works: you choose your Elves frame and components from our website, and we’ll source the rest from our trusted UK partners. Then, our experienced technicians will put everything together for you, professionally, smoothly, and ready to ride. We can even ship the bike to you or you can pick it up for the personal touch.

With these schemes, you can save a maximum of 49% off the cost of a new but and with no upper limits (however, a limit my be imposed by your employer).
How does the scheme work?
1. Initially talk to us via email (info@elvesbikes.co.uk) or phone (07565 996846) and we can put a quote together for your perfect bike, designed to fit you and your budget perfectly. Let us know straight away that you want to use a Cycle to Work schemes and which one
2. Once you have your quote, find out which scheme your employer uses and contact the scheme using the links above. If your employer does not use one of these then let us know and we may be able yo help as we are adding more providers soon.
3. You then follow the process of the Cycle To Work Scheme Provider.
You can always come back to us if you need any further assistance.
Unfortunately we only sell full bikes on the cycle to work scheme, not components such as frame or wheelsets

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase, ensuring riders can enjoy the performance of their Elves bike with total confidence. Designed to support cyclists worldwide, the warranty is valid globally and demonstrates Elves’ commitment to quality, reliability, and rider trust.
